Export and delete your data

Export

Open the Account page and find the card Export and delete. It downloads passback-export.json. The file holds:

• your organisation, its members and its open invites
• your sites and their settings, never a credential
• the filing history
• the list of stored screenshots

The pictures themselves are not in the file. Any member can export.

Delete a site

Deleting a site removes its stored screenshots at once. A screenshot already attached to an item in your tracker stays there, under your control.

Delete the account

Only the Owner can delete the account. Type the account name to confirm. The deletion is immediate and has no undo. It:

• removes the sites with their stored screenshots, and the members
• revokes Linear tokens
• cancels the subscription at once
• deletes the sign-in

Comments already in your tracker stay there.

Retention

Screenshots expire 90 days after they are taken, even if nothing is deleted.

If you left a comment on a site

A person who left a comment on your site: their request goes to the site owner, who is responsible for that data. To reach Passback, write to the legal address on the privacy page.
